Autoclaving
|
Adaptive
controls can automate high specification
autoclaves, for example those used in
the production of Carbon Fibre parts.
This equipment treats parts under pressure
and vacuum conditions at high temperatures
in order to cure them fit for purpose.
As well as conforming closely to the procedures
of the Autoclave industry, the Adaptive
system also eliminates the need for a
chart recorder by storing flexible, highly-detailed
graphs of all process variables. These
graphs can be easily printed over a network
to any normal PC printer and are can be
stored almost indefinitely on the control
PC.
Systems featuring Adaptive equipment have
been used, amongst others, by yacht manufacturers,
high-profile motor-sport companies, and
a number of national universities and
college research facilities.
